"I first began training with Brad about three months ago, I cannot put into words what a great experience it has been working with him. I am 47 years old and fitness is an important part of my life, however, I haven’t increased in strength much since around age 40, I figured this had to do with getting older, but it was about pushing myself and improving my form. Since working with Brad my strength has increased significantly. This is the case for the other women he is training as well, we range in age from 20s to 60s, and all of us have made great progress. He ensures that we push ourselves, but in a healthy way, always ensuring safety before anything" - Sydney
"Brad was the first trainer that helped me effectively to achieve my fitness goals. I have worked out all my adult life, however, Brad helped me achieve the next level with his individualized program. He listened to my needs and concerns and adapted the program accordingly. He is a great motivator and makes working out hard fun. Not only has my physical health improved greatly, I also feel more confident and have an improved quality of life. Thank you Brad! I am very grateful to have you as a coach!" - Pinar
"Brad has vast experience as a coach and he enjoys sharing his knowledge with contagious enthusiasm. His broad background allows him to easily adjust training approaches for individuals to meet their unique needs." - Sigrun

Joshua is a Lieutenent in the military who believes in "leading by example". Joshua regularly organizes and participates in workouts with the men of his unit and uses strength training principals to challenge himself and his men toward higher levels of preparedness.
When Joshua and I meet he was already an accomplished lifter, but like all of us who seek to learn and grow our knowledge of lifting heavy, we soon began to collaborate by critiquing each others lifting form and performance and then by discussing and comparing lifting philosophies on programing. I for one have been honored to help Joshua with a few small details of his already exemplary lifting form as well as helping him to implement wave periodization concepts to better plan for, and track his short term gains and deload rest periods.
